Pocut (POint Cloud UTils) converts point cloud heights between ellipsoidal and MSL using a geoid grid, reprojects between UTM and low-distortion projections — all 89 TH-LDP province zones and every UTM zone built in — designs a site LDP for a single building, and colourises a cloud from an orthomosaic. Reads and writes LAS 1.0–1.4 and LAZ. Two single files, no install of PROJ or GDAL, nothing to configure. Free (MIT).
